Our Story
Laughing Dog Brewing - Craft Beers began with a dream in a small Northern Idaho town and grew into a brewery driven by curiosity, creativity, and a love for great beer. From the start, our goal has been simple: craft flavorful, high-quality beers, explore different brewing styles and techniques, and have fun doing it.
Over the years, that spirit has helped shape beers our community knows and loves, including Huckleberry Cream Ale, 219, our Pacific Northwest IPA, and Alpha Dog. We are proud to brew beers that range from easy-drinking and approachable to bold, hop-forward, and full of character.
What We Believe
We believe craft beer creates community. For us, beer is not only about what is in the glass, but also about the people gathered around it. Our taproom in Ponderay is a place where neighbors, visitors, and craft beer fans can relax, share a tasting flight, catch a game, warm up by the fireplace, or enjoy live music and good conversation.
