Ale

Pale Ale

Pale Ale Label

From out of the Pacific Northwest the Micro-breweries were born and with them came an ale that was unlike any other, the American Pale Ale.

We brewed our pale ale "Big, Bold and Hoppy" using five of the finest hops from the fields in Yakima WA. To balance the intense hop flavors, five different American grown malted barleys add a malt flavor and smooth finish.

This beer is best served cool. A spicy, hoppy aroma balanced with a malt body that is crisp make this beer perfect for relaxing after a hard days work.

Huckleberry Cream Ale

Huckleberry Cream Ale Label

The huckleberry is native to the Pacific Northwest and it is prized for its sweetness and texture. To celebrate summer and the huckleberry picking season, we have blended real huckleberries from last season with our cream ale.

Smooth and creamy with a light touch of huckleberries, Huckleberry-Cream ale would be great at the lake, a BBQ or simply just relaxing away a long summer day.

Just like the berries, our Huckleberry-Crème Ale will be here for your enjoyment for a limited time, available during the summer months. You never know when it will be gone until next year.

Cream Ale

Cream Ale Label

Laughing Dog Brewing's Cream Ale is a traditional cream ale fermented with both ale and lager yeast, this gives us the creamy smoothness of an ale with a nice dry crisp finish.

We start with premium American grown 2 row pale malted barley, add a touch of German pils malt then Australian malt for color and flavor. Finally only choice Northwest grown Hops are added. After carefully fermenting for 2 weeks, we quickly chill the beer and filter.

We allow our Cream Ale to then cold age for another two weeks before kegging or bottling.

This beer is best when served cold, it is great on long hot summer days. Crisp and refreshing it would go well with a BBQ or a day at the lake.
